Cornish Coastal

We recently undertook a voyage along the Southern Cornish Coast to say thank you to a friend, Mr Brian Jopson, who designed and crafted a beautiful traditional compass rose for our saloon table using a combination of gold, silver and copper leaf materials. In addition the table was given an oak grain and the finished product is utterly indistinguishable from the real thing. Brian worked over several weeks fuelled only by the odd cup of tea and occasional pasty! During the trip we anchored in the Rivers Helford and Fal where Brian and family caught many mackerel to eat during the voyage. Many thanks to Brian for all his hard work.
